1、During the decade after the Bar Mill of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd was put into operation, its output remained about 600,000 tons per year and its output of small-sized rebar was only 1400-1,500 tons per day. After using 3T's Boron alloy high speed steel rolls, its production capacity was raised to 900,000 tons, is expected to exceed 1.1 million tons in 2011 (specialized in small-sized products). Indicators like yield, cut to length ratio, negative deviation are improved significantly, and this kind of products is the only one in the company that has made profit in the last three years.

 

2、The No.1 and No.2 mills of Pingxiang Iron and steel Group Co, Ltd began to use 3T's products on a trial basis in 2008 and began to use it by batch quantity in 2009 and thus increased their output from 1 million tons to 1.3 million and 1.45 million respectively. Meanwhile four-strand slitting and five-strand slitting processes are successfully applied to rolling lines. Since 2011, all the bar lines for roughing, intermediate and finishing rolling begin to use 3T's SS-H2 high speed steel rolls and boron alloy high speed steel rolls. All the technical indicators are expected to be further improved and the company will remain as a leading light in the global multi-slit rolling technology.

 

3、Jin Gang Group is a rapidly growing private business, which has grown from a capacity of one million tons to six million tons.
